A graduate of the Assiniboine College culinary program, Arin holds a culinary red seal and is an accomplished chocolatier. Further honing his craft at The French Pastry School and Chocolate Academy of Chicago, Arin stays ahead of emerging baking trends, infusing them into his creations, which often draw inspiration from childhood nostalgias.
His talents were showcased on Food Network's Spring Baking Championship in 2020, where he competed in the finale. Recognized by Avenue Magazine among the top 30 in food and drink, Arin has also been honored with the prestigious 30 Under 30 Future Leaders Award from the Tourism Industry of Canada.
Among his standout creations is the Flapper Pie, a cherished fourth-generation family recipe, and his favourite at Hawthorn.
